husband of Hajiani Fiaza, and loving father of Shyama(USA),
Shaheena(USA), and loving grandfather of Mustaq(USA), father-in-law of
Mark Johnson & John Gordon, and brother of Hamza(Sri Lanka), Dr
Maznavi(USA) and Abdul Aziz(USA), expired on December 8,2011 at the
Virginia Hospital Center.

Mrs. Wansa De Silva mother of Dr. Nihal De Silva passed away in her residence 31 Ramya Road Bambalapitiya yesterday.Funaral will be held on Wednesday 7th December cortage leaving 31 Ramya Road at 3.00 pm for cremation at the General Cemetary Kanatte at 4.00pm.

Mrs Nilkanthi Naranpanawa

Nilkanthi (49) passed away Oct 18 in Sri Lanka.

She is the sister of Niranjan and Neil Nugara.

Ganga (Sunethra) de Silva

Ganga passed away at 5.08 am this Sunday morning ( February 27, 2011) after contending with cancer for several years. She is the wife of Mohan de Silva and mother of Thrishanthi and Suranjith. Her father was the famous Wijesoma of Daily News Cartoon fame.

The Funeral is private ( repeat PRIVATE) and she is being cremated the next day according to her wishes.
